This notice describes data handling on the SilentMode company website. Specific projects or products will have data arrangements appropriate to their actual scope.

Browsing the website

This website provides company and service information. It has no account registration, document upload, or online payment features, and includes no advertising trackers or third-party analytics scripts. Workflow examples use fictional data. Switching examples does not submit data.

Hosting and network providers may process IP addresses, browser information, and request logs to deliver the website, maintain security, and handle network requests. Their processing depends on the relevant service settings and privacy policies.

Contact emails

Contact links open your email application. When you email us, we receive the name, email address, message, and attachments you provide, and use them to respond, discuss requirements, and communicate about possible work together.

Please do not send passwords, API keys, customer personal information, or internal documents you are not authorized to share in your first message. If samples or access are needed, we will first agree on the scope and an appropriate sharing method.

Use and retention

Contact information is used to handle inquiries and collaboration needs. Your emails are not used as public website content. Email providers process messages according to their service terms. Retention and deletion depend on the status of the relationship, reasonable business needs, and applicable requirements.
