Turn scattered messages, documents, and daily updates into clear, manageable AI-assisted workflows.

Less noise. More done.Built around the way you work.

Less back and forth.
More meaningful progress.

01 / CLARITY

Turn scattered information into actionable next steps.

02 / CONTROL

Keep people involved in important decisions.

03 / CONTINUITY

Validate and improve one real workflow at a time.

01 / WHAT WE DO

Make everyday work
flow more clearly.

Start with one worthwhile improvement.
Connect the information, tools,
and people around it.

01

WORKFLOW AUTOMATION

AI-assisted workflows

Connect repetitive sorting, drafting, and handoff tasks so customer inquiries become clear next steps.

  • Request summaries and classification
  • Task preparation and response drafts
  • Integrations and approval checkpoints
Delivery focusClear workflows and verifiable outputs
02

KNOWLEDGE OPERATIONS

Knowledge workflows

Organize documents, procedures, and recurring questions into knowledge that is easier to find and maintain.

  • Document structure and knowledge review
  • Answers designed around source material
  • Access boundaries and update processes
Delivery focusUseful answers with context to check
03

OPERATIONS INTELLIGENCE

Operational summaries

Bring together updates, spreadsheets, and messages to help teams see open tasks and issues that need attention.

  • Daily summaries and progress updates
  • Reporting and data-checking workflows
  • Notification rules and follow-up tracking
Delivery focusThe key points, with context preserved
From discovery to maintenance

We scope each engagement around the workflow, available data, and integration requirements, then agree on deliverables before implementation.

MADE FOR YOUR TEAM

A useful starting point for everyday operational work.

Support & sales

Requests arrive through different channels and need to be organized before the right person can act.

Discuss request triage
Projects & operations

Progress tracking and repeated data preparation make it hard to see completed work and open issues.

Discuss daily summaries
Knowledge-heavy teams

Procedures and experience are buried in documents, so colleagues have to ask the same questions again.

02 / FROM NOISE TO CLARITY

Less time sorting.
More clarity about what’s next.

INPUT / A CUSTOMER INQUIRY

C
Customer emailIllustrative message

We copy support emails into a spreadsheet for the team every day. Some requests get missed, and tracking progress means searching through old emails. Could we start with categorization and response drafts?

OUTPUT / ACTIONABLE CONTEXT

Human review

Request triage and response drafting

Need

Centralize requests, identify categories, and prepare assigned tasks.

Start

Review message sources and categories, then evaluate summary quality.

Next

Confirm tools, access boundaries, and the approval process.

A team member checks the content and recipient before sending.

INPUT / A DOCUMENT QUESTION

Q
Team questionIllustrative message

What information should we confirm before starting a new project? Can we begin development if the scope is still unclear?

Example document: Project Kickoff SOP / v0.1

OUTPUT / SOURCE-BASED GUIDANCE

With context

Confirm scope before prototyping

Inputs

The target workflow, existing tools, sample data, and a project contact.

Scope

Agree on inputs, outputs, and acceptance criteria.

Sources

Example SOP: section 1, Discovery; section 2, Acceptance.

Missing information stays visible as a question to resolve.

INPUT / SCATTERED WORK UPDATES

Three team updatesIllustrative messages

Discovery is complete; the tool list is still pending.

The document classification prototype is ready; labels need review.

The summary template is ready; sample data has not arrived.

OUTPUT / A DAILY BRIEF

Team review

Today’s focus: unblock the prototype

Done

Discovery, the classification prototype, and the summary template.

Pending

The tool list, classification labels, and sample data.

Action

Have the project contact collect missing inputs and confirm a review time.

The brief highlights priorities; original records retain the full context.

PRODUCT DIRECTION

In planning

SilentMode DeskFrom an inquiry to a clear next step.

Our planned first product focuses on customer inquiry handling for small teams: understanding requirements, preparing tasks, and drafting responses for review.

We aim to validate one real workflow before turning recurring needs into reusable tools. This describes our product direction; features will evolve with prototype findings.

SilentMode DeskConcept architecture
  1. 01

    Understand the request

Identify requirements, constraints, and missing information.

  2. 02

    Prepare the next step

Organize a summary, tasks, and a response draft.

  3. 03

    Keep the team in control

Retain source context and review before taking action.

03 / HOW WE WORK

Start small.
Make the improvement tangible.

Set clear boundaries.
Know what to improve,
and how to evaluate it.

  1. 01

    Understand the work

Review the current process, information sources, and handoffs to identify repetitive work and bottlenecks.

    Discovery and workflow scope
  2. 02

    Design a starting point

Define inputs, outputs, integrations, and human checkpoints around a prototype that can be evaluated clearly.

    Workflow and acceptance criteria
  3. 03

    Validate in context

Use agreed sample data to review output quality, exception cases, and operational effort, then refine the workflow.

    Prototype findings and adjustments
  4. 04

    Introduce and improve

Plan the rollout, documentation, and user guidance around validated results, with maintenance scoped separately.

WAYS TO WORK TOGETHER

A clear scope.
A practical way forward.

Choose the right starting point.
Agree on pricing, timing,
and acceptance before beginning.

04 / BUILT WITH CARE

Automation should make
work easier to trust.

AI is one part of a workflow.
Data boundaries, exceptions, and human judgment matter too.

01

People retain control

Define approval checkpoints for external messages, data changes, and important decisions.

02

Agree on data boundaries

Clarify sources, access, and the processing scope before introducing unnecessary data.

03

Keep the context visible

Preserve sources, unresolved questions, and exceptions so teams can inspect the output.

04

Evaluate actual results

Use agreed criteria to review quality, processing time, and cost, then improve incrementally.

05 / THE PEOPLE BEHIND

5people
one shared focus
silentmode.

A focused team.
A clearer way to work.

SilentMode is a five-person team focused on the everyday challenges of small businesses: scattered information, repetitive preparation, and constant back and forth.

Our direction combines AI-assisted workflows, knowledge integration, and operations automation. We start with specific problems and turn technology into work processes that teams can understand, use, and improve.

Our approach begins with workflow discovery and practical implementation. As recurring needs become clearer, we aim to develop reusable tools around those workflows.

LESS NOISE.MORE DONE.

06 / GOOD QUESTIONS

Before we start,
a few useful answers.

Can we start without an internal technical team?

Start with a discussion of your workflow and needs. We can review your existing tools, information sources, and the problem you want to improve before assessing integration options and any support required from your team.

Do we need to replace our existing tools?

We first review the way you work today. Existing export or integration capabilities may allow a limited starting point. Any tool changes will be assessed during discovery.

Will AI send messages or change data automatically?

Permissions and approval steps need to be agreed before important actions. Drafts, summaries, and prepared tasks can be reviewed by your team before external actions or data changes.

How are pricing and delivery timelines determined?

We assess workflow scope, data quality, integrations, and maintenance needs. After discovery, we provide a proposed scope, acceptance criteria, timeline, and price.

What should we prepare for the first conversation?

Describe one repetitive workflow and the tools you currently use. You do not need to send customer lists, credentials, or complete internal documents. If samples are needed, we will agree on an appropriate way to share them.

LET’S MAKE ROOM FOR BETTER WORK.
